Catching public transport
Public transport is a great way to safely get to and from school.
Catching a bus
Coleambally Central School has 8 bus runs serviced by C and J Robertson, Griffith. Buses begin to arrive at approximately 8:45am and depart approximately 3:30pm. Please advise Tony Lawrence from the bus company Robertson’s directly on 0427 693316 if there are any changes to your child’s bus routine.

Driving and parking
The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.
When driving and parking near our school, please:
- ensure you park safely in school zones
- follow speed signs
- do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.
Parking on school grounds
Our carpark is for Coleambally Central School staff only. Parents and carers can park:
- on Kingfisher Avenue (at the front of our school)
Riding a bike or scooter
We provide bike racks for students who ride their bikes or scooters to and from school. All students must wear a helmet and must ride safely.
Student pick-up/ drop-off
All parent pick-up and drop-off takes place at the front of the school. Children should be dropped off and collected from the school front gate to ensure student safety and to help us implement smooth and calm routines for our students. If you wish to speak with your child's teacher, please contact the front office to arrange a convenient meeting time or to pass on messages.
